Cancellation Policy

Booking Cancelation

After your reservation is confirmed, it will not be cancelled for low-enrollment. Though, in rare cases, it may be canceled due to weather, unsafe water conditions, unsafe trail conditions, or any other reason that would affect the quality of the experience or participant safety. In the event we are forced to cancel your reservation due the factors explained above, we will provide a 100% refund and work to add you to a future experience that works for your group.

If you need to cancel your group's reservation for any reason, the request must be in writing.

Cancelation & Refund Timeline

You have 10 days from the time you booked to receive a full refund for cancellation.

From 11 days after you make your reservation until 46 days prior to trip departure 100% of what you have paid minus a 2.6% processing fee for the total reservation cost
45-31 days prior to trip departure 50% of what you have paid minus a 2.6% processing fee for the total reservation cost
30-0 days prior trip departure No Refund

*Cancelations made for bookings within 30 days of the reservation's start date will not be refunded for any reason.


If we cancel your reservation for any reason, you will receive 100% of what you have paid. There is no partial refund for starting a booking late or leaving a booking early. In order to keep our experience affordable and best plan for your group's arrival, this policy will be strictly enforced; no exceptions. After our refund deadline has passed we will not provide a refund for any reason, including circumstances beyond your control such as weather-related travel delays, family emergency, or injury.
