Cancellation Policy
Tour Confirmation
After your trip is confirmed, it will not be cancelled for low-enrollment, but in rare cases may be cancelled due to weather, government intervention, unsafe trail conditions, unsafe ocean conditions, or any other reason that would affect the quality of the experience or the safety of its participants. If we are forced to cancel your tour, we will offer a 100% refund or work with you to reschedule.

Refunds
If we cancel your event for any reason, you will receive 100% of what you paid. There is no partial refund for starting an event late or leaving one early. In order to keep our experiences affordable and provide proper notice to our various partners, we must adhere to this timeline. No exceptions. After our refund deadline has passed we will not provide a refund for any reason, including circumstances beyond your control such as weather-related travel delays, traffic due to road-work and accidents, family emergency, or injury.
